Macro Error Ninja hoodie by Morrissex Macro Error Ninja hoodie by Morrissex
D'you feel like a Macro Error? Doesn't your life make sense (at all)? Don't worry! I have the answer! You just have to push the "I'd wear this" button and you will not be an error anymore. You'll reach fame and money by having this black ninja hoodie... Sounds interesting, doesn't it?

Remember to press the "I'd wear this" button... You won't regret it!

I bet you'll like it!

EDIT: Due to some pieces of advice (and to the elegibility rules for the entries to the contest), I left a blank space in the parts where the sewings should be.

Wouldn't this then constitute copyrighted material?

Hmm... I'm not using the exact Mortal Kombat game sprite, so I don't consider it as a plagio. Another thing: there MANY designs that resemble (and COPY) pacman, space invaders, portals, etc... in the contest, so doing something that is "based" in another thing shouldn't be plagio.

There is a difference between plagiarism and copyright infringement. The people who own the Mortal Kombat games own the copyright to that particular characters design and they are the only ones allowed to sell stuff based off that design image and thus DA can't sell the hoody in their store.

Also, just because other people are breaking the rules and using copyrighted material doesn't mean you can do it too. Every single one of them will be disqualified if they even make it into the top hundred votes. If you want something that will win, you can't used copyrighted material, you have to come up with something on your own.

Hmm... Okay, I get your point, but the MK team own the characters themselves, not the "style" of their clothes. Besides, as I said, I did not use the original sprites to do the design, so I can't see the mistake here. If I'd rendered the sprites and then adapted them to fit the hoodie proportions, I could've made "copyright infringement", but as I did something by myself... Well... You know what I mean.
